I was recently at a presentation by The Real Estate Channel a newly launched Cable and Internet based station. They started the presentation with this segment from "This Hour has 22 Minutes" on Vancouver being named the most livable city in the world. I question the woman who says she paid $585,000 for a 400 sq.ft. condo. That's a bit extreme and if that's the case I suggest she get a new Realtor! I think she pays $585 a month rent for 400 sq.ft. That would be possible in an older building. Regardless the spoof is fun.
