The Sterling is a great building in downtown Vancouver. I have sold several units in this building and residents who I talk to all comment on how they love this building. It is a small oasis, a stones throw from Robson St and the rest of downtown. When home, residents feel like they are away from the hustle and bustle of downtown life. A mid-sized building, it is large enough to be able to provide services such as concierge, party room, fitness and spa facilities, yet still retains a comfortable homey feel. This is partially due to the design of the building. The circular form allows it to have an intimate feel without the need for long hallways.
