The Sterling is a great building in downtown Vancouver. I have sold several units in this building and residents who I talk to all comment on how they love this building. It is a small oasis, a stones throw from Robson St and the rest of downtown. When home, residents feel like they are away from the hustle and bustle of downtown life. A mid-sized building, it is large enough to be able to provide services such as concierge, party room, fitness and spa facilities, yet still retains a comfortable homey feel. This is partially due to the design of the building. The circular form allows it to have an intimate feel without the need for long hallways. The quality of the finishings are also above average for the price range of the homes and the nine foot ceilings make a definite difference.
