Real Estate UP,UP,UP
I had an interesting conversation the other day with a couple of veteran realtors regarding the Vancouver Real Estate Market. Everybody felt there were several factors that will keep the Vancouver market strong.
- Canada is considered one of the top countries and Vancouver one of the top three cities in the world in regards to quality of life.
- Vancouver's buildable land is finite. Mountains to the north, United States to the south, water to the west, and fertile land to the east.
- Vancouver real estate, especially our downtown and waterfront, is undervalued compared to other major world cities.
Makes me proud of my new city and glad I am in the market....
